  We set an appointment to bypass the line three hours in advance and got bypassed by a walk in that was behind us on the wait list when we were 15 minutes early. The website claims you need to be 10 minutes early. We waited one hour past our appointment time and could have been seen earlier by walking in. Don't set an appointment. This happened 1/24/2018. If you bring the receptionist lunch you also may be able to advance your appointment time. She knew she could get away with it because no one is monitoring those appointments outside of her.
