Both of my boys have received treatment here, one on and off for the last 8 years. It seems like everyone who works here knows them by name on sight (they even know me!). While I wish their mouth issues were easier to fix, the treatment my kids have received has been effective and comprehensive, including recognizing other possible health issues. And poor Jen has had to help me reschedule more missed appointments than I would like to acknowledge! I love that we have been working with many of the same people for years, whether at the Keystone office, or when we have to travel to Westfield. They share stories of remembered antics with my boys to keep them laughing and at ease, which I am sure can be a challenge as my kids face change and discomfort along this journey. My experience with Dr. Larsen and his staff has been that they are flexible, thorough and personable, especially in their contact with my boys.
