  We love, love, love our coaches and friends (Debi, Kim, and Michelle), the studio, and of course I'd better say, the exercise! We have worked out as a couple for 5 years here at LivingFit Rx and appreciate the workout on the Power Plate - how all muscle groups can be strengthened in HALF the time as the same effort put forth on the floor. We might be weary, but we are not sore.
  Besides strength, our trainer works us on balance, endurance, flexibility and cardio. They are all natural at laughter and story-telling, so we really work out the good-times muscle too! We always look forward to our work-out session.
