  They were very friendly the first time I came in trying to offer deals selling me on a crown at which I thought they were great and then less than a year later the crown falls out and they tell me that I didn't have enough tother left to hold the crown in place! This was after they charge me over $1,300 for the crown on my first visit, once they realize they weren't going to make any money by putting the crown back in my mouth, they refused to put it back in the hole saying that the dentist would not be covered if it was to get infected so he handed me a sample packet of temporary cement and my crown he sold me, then told me to put it back in myself but he won't touch it because he doesn't want to be liable, with a condescending attitude!
  Also prior to the crown falling out I had caught them trying to overcharge me out of pocket for procedures that were covered by my insurance, when I called my insurance company they confirmed that my Insurance Company had paid 100%
